Mental Health: Creating A Safe Space

Did you know that one in five people struggle with a mental health issue?

I believe it is important to help and support those around us who are affected, and since we spend a large portion of our lives at school, whether as students or faculty, creating a safe environment for everyone becomes essential.

I invited a number of students and staff from WCI to voice their opinions on, and experiences with, mental health in their own lives and at WCI. The following video is a collection of their comments. Their faces are hidden to emphasize the ideas they share.
