Meeting on Thursdays after school in room 218, WCI’s Robotics Club invites students who have a drive for innovation and are interested in the application of engineering and technology to solve tasks. The club’s leader’s, Nick Pfieifle and Kevin Zhou, are well rounded in the field of robotics and seek to spark their passion of robotics into their members.
“Our goal is to inspire a passion for the subject matter, and to explore the innovation robotics brings” – Nick Pfieifle (Left) *The picture was taken in front of the projector
There is a google classroom set up for the club, where visual aids (presentations and simulations) are available to assist with further understanding of the material. The club leaders, encourage participants to do their best as some aspects of the club may be more challenging; they are eager to assist any inquiries. Also, the club hopes to hold/enter challenges throughout the year. I encourage you to join this club, especially if you are entering post-secondary in this field.
