Sam’s Mocktail Hour: The Spiced Cranberry Mocktail

This spiced, fruity drink is the just the thing with which to settle down and ward off the cold of the bitter outdoors.

Cook: 10 mins

Serves: 4


  1. 700ml cranberry juice
  2. 360ml orange juice
  3. 1 cinnamon stick
  4. 4 cloves
  5. 3 slices of fresh ginger
  6. 4 teaspoons honey


Step 1:  Put the cranberry juice, orange juice, cinnamon stick, cloves and ginger into a pot. Heat to a boil, and then bring it down to a simmer (light bubbling) for 5 mins.

Step 2: Remove from the heat, add the honey, and stir.

Step 3: Strain out the spices with a sieve and serve.
